Returns Policy

If the file you received is incorrect or corrupted, we shall of course be more than happy to provide you with a new file. Because the products on this website are electronic computer files* and of course easily saved to your hard drive, they cannot be returned like normal products, thus we are unable to offer refunds. 

You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to ensure you are able to open the document accordingly. This is normally supplied as standard with internet browsers, however if you do not have it, don't worry it can be downloaded free at: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

To check to see if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader a test download can be done here. If after downloading you can open the document, you have the necessary software already installed.

*Excludes Workbook. This can be returned for a refund providing it is returned in it's orginal unopened postal packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Shipping

This section applies for the Workbook only. The workbook is normally shipped within 72 hours of purchase. Of course, we cannot be held responsible for late delieries from Royal Mail.

Where electronic files have been purchased, you will receive emails from the website as soon as payment has been made, the email will provide the link to download the document/s.
