An employee who wishes to discuss a concern. During this role-play exercise an employee will be complaining about a foreign national colleague at work whom they suspect has stolen their property, you will:

1. Find out who they suspect
2. Ask what has been taken
3. Ask their views on foreign nationals
4. Establish their expectations and manage them appropriately
5. Explain the centre's position on being fair and not removing anyone without sufficient evidence
6. Suggest ways to resolve the matter
