Surrey Police Assessment Centre

Have you passed the PLC and you are to attend an assessment centre with the Surrey Police? Would you would you like to learn and practice the skills to pass the assessment centre?

The role play exercises and written proposals account for 82% of all available marks during an assessment centre, so it is vital you perform in the interactive and proposal exercises if you are to be successful and meet the 60% required pass mark for Surrey.

You can purchase 6 exercises that have been designed specifically to test the same behaviours / skills as those required in the current police (officer) assessment centre. Although the incidents that feature in the exercises are different from the real assessment day, the behaviours that you need to evidence are the same. The 6 exercises include:

  • Written Proposal Exercise Bravo
  • Written Proposal Exercise Sierra
  • Role-Play Exercise Echo
  • Role-Play Exercise Foxtrot
  • Role-Play Exercise Hotel
  • Role-Play Exercise Papa

All exercises demonstrate all the necessary answers / behaviour and skills. The role play exercises also include the role actor lines, this enables you to practice with another person and act out the scenario.

The written proposal exercises include examples of completed proposal documents. This is ideal to gain an understanding of suitable layout and structure.
